Spending Sunday afternoon making drinks, and drinking…this series of classes will help guide you through the history of your favorite spirits as well as how to highlight their unique flavor and character in cocktails.
Each class starts at 1pm.
An introduction to classic cocktails, tools of the trade, and the basics of bartending. We will work together to make 5 cocktails, talk about the history behind them, and of course drink them! This 90 minute class happens at 1pm on Sunday, with our head bartender Lee Zaremba and is never more than 16 people. There is a welcome cocktail for you, and most importantly we are going to have a great time! Cheers.
An in depth look into life behind the bar, this class offers an introduction to making syrups, bitters, and cocktails. We start in the kitchen with our sleeves rolled up, making some fun flavors and explaining the process of creating custom components for cocktails. We then move to the bar, make some drinks, share recipes and enjoy the results of our labor! This class is more in depth and intense than Cocktail 101, but fear not, we are here to have fun and drink cocktails.
